Fo Tiao Qiang at Yuan Bao Taiwanese Restaurant

A must have dish during Chinese New Year celebration- 佛Fo 跳Tiao 牆Qiang literally means Buddha Jumping Wall. Symbolising “reuniting with family & friends”. This dish consists of over 12 lavish ingredients such as Abalone, scallops, taro and quail eggs, shimmered for hours in a claypot. This had to be pre-ordered a week ahead at our local Taiwanese restaurant Yuan Bao, picked up on the day of CNY Eve 🤗 The broth is next level goodness!
